The Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli Piacentini is a voluntary non-profit association, established on February 25, 2000, with the aim of enhancing the historical, cultural, environmental, economic and social identity of the Piacenza area dedicated to wine production.
The Association is made up of private members (wineries, sausage factories, dairies, oil mills, farmhouses, b & b, restaurants, hostels), public and institutional bodies (Provincial Administration, Chamber of Commerce, Local Authorities) Trade Associations and Protection Consortia.
The Association has as The aim is to develop an integrated tourist offer, built on the quality of products and services, the enhancement of wine and agricultural production, agri-food activities and food and wine specialties, production and services, within an environmentally sustainable economy, historical, cultural and environmental natural attractions present on your path.
Quality assurance is the adoption of information signs and compliance with quality standards by each individual company.
