In the organic family farm, couplet barley is grown which, once malted in Italy, becomes the basic ingredient of Turris beers.

Quality, territoriality and sustainability are the guidelines in the choice of raw materials and processing methods.

What will you find?

A variety of 7 beers, including the most popular:

• “Primo Tagli”: 100% Italian and from 2021 certified organic.
• Regina del Bosco: produced with chestnuts from the woods dried over direct heat with traditional methods.
• Fresh Hop Ipa: with hops grown in Parma and used within 24 hours of harvesting.

We also have:

• Zolla: belgina ipa style
• Fallow: American style blades
• Mezzadra: saison style
• Iron bridge: brown porter style

The Turris Brewery offers guided tours by appointment with guided tastings.
