The restaurant is located inside the castle. The name is taken by the ancient bronze bell still preserved in the courtyard. It has rooms for individual clients and rooms for banqueting of different measures; in the summer is possible to eat outside, surrounded by the ancient walls.
The cuisine is typical as well as creative, with national and international wines.
English and French spoken. Air conditioning. The seats are 600 indoor in five rooms and 500 outdoor.
