A tradition handed down for three generations by Uncle Giuseppe who returned home from the Americas and there he remained vigorously growing vines such as Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, white Moscato, Barbera, Bonarda, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marzemino and Sangiovese.
Lamoretti’s cuisine offers the farm’s internal products such as wines, fruit jams, cured meats, juices and also traditional dishes: cheeses, fresh pasta, roast meat, local cured meats. Particular attention is given to the food-wine pairings: each dish has a wine that enhances its flavor to the utmost and Lamoretti will be able to advise you in the best possible way.
The Lamoretti winery organizes experiential activities in the vineyard, followed by tastings of typical products, a unique way to fully enjoy all the flavors of the Parmesan hano-gastronomy.
