Hunters of authentic products we serve carousels of Piacenza cold cuts, mountain cheeses and DOC wines found within a radius of no more than 20 kilometers, omelettes and savory pies flavored with wild herbs, homemade noodles and pappardelle with Angus ragut, wonderful cuts of Angus Lowline Grassfinished meat (our typicality), chickens from the chicken coop at home, vegetables from the local garden (next to the restaurant), game, snails, mushrooms and small gift fruits from the nearby woods, cakes and desserts stuffed with our jams.
