Another gastronomic specialty that is part of the tradition of the village of Bedonia are the crocetti , whose dough is made withflour, egg, water and a little oil.
Once the dough is pulled, a special stamp is used (imprinted strictly by hand) which gives the typical round shape and “drawn” to the crosses.
This special stamp is the most characteristic thing of this product as it was represented the coat of arms of the Bedoniesi families and even now many families retain their stamp, unique and inimitable.
The crocetti are then served with hare sauce.
