The anolino of Fidenza has obtained the attribution De.Co. – Municipal Designation of Origin; is one of the traditional dishes of Fidenza, the annulen, and never fails on the tables of fidentini during Christmas and on the occasion of the feast of San Donnino, the Patron Saint.
They include a meat filling, they are made with stew sauce or, they aresmaller and it is strictly used ‘al stàmp ädj anolén’ with smooth edges.
