Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October the farms are waiting for you to discover the origin, taste and quality of their productions. For the occasion, they open their doors in the Apennines free of charge:

The slogan of the event is “Feeding the future of all” and is linked to that of World Food Day, promoted by FAO, whose theme is “Leave no one behind”.
In all there are about sixty realities, including farms (48) and museums of taste and rural (12), which adhere to the day of food on the farm that in 2022 doubles and offers two days of opening to visitors by the farms participating in the initiative
The programmes proposed by the farms focus on actions for a sustainable future, especially from a food and environmental point of view. You can learn how to make bread with ancient grain flour or participate in the collection of chestnuts, knowing the nutritional powers and recipes of sweets and breads with the use of chestnut flour.
