We will discover the suggestive Grondara Waterfall and the inhabited and ghost villages scattered in the surrounding promontories. We will continue the walk to the Wildlife Center of Monte Fuso and from there we will arrive on the top of the mountain; with a loop tour we will return to Scurano passing through Gulghino and the village of Sarignana, where a former partisan infirmary has been renovated.
Technical details: It starts from Scurano (615m asl) leaving the car in the parking lot near the Pieve; we will first visit the Grondara Waterfall and then, through paths and secondary roads, we will cross ancient and new villages until we reach the Monte Fuso park first (860 m asl) and then the Monte Fuso cippo (1117 m asl). The loop tour ends passing by the ghost village of Gulghino and Sarignana.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT: Trekking shoes with sculpted sole type Vibram better if high to protect the ankles (no sneakers); Rucksack; “Layered” trekking clothing: shirt, fleece or sweatshirt, windproof / rainproof protective jacket; Long hiking pants; Sunglasses, Sunscreen, headgear; water bottle: at least 1.5 liter per person; packed lunch + energy bars or dried fruit
