Saturday, October 22, at 5 pm, in the Europa hall of the Palazzo dei Congressi in Salsomaggiore Terme, there will be a representation of Le nozze di Figaro by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, a comic opera in four acts on a libretto by Lorenzo Da Ponte, based on the comedy Le Mariage de Figaro by Pierre Augustin Caron de Beaumarchais.
A project – carried out by the Fondazione I Musici di Parma, with the artistic direction of Carlo D’Alessandro Caprice, for the direction, sets and costumes of Daniele Piscopo – which focuses on young professionals who face the musical limelight, reiterating the mission of the Foundation and the Academy itself of I Musici di Parma.
The protagonists of the evening will be the students of the lyric laboratory of the classes of conducting, opera singing and master collaborators of the Accademia I Musici di Parma held respectively by Cinzia Forte, Margherita Colombo and Daniele Agiman.
The Orchestra I Musici di Parma will be conducted by some of the most promising batons of the Academy’s conducting course.
The work is part of the program of Il Suono nella Bellezza, a music festival signed by the I Musici di Parma Foundation and now in its fourth edition. Made possible thanks to the contribution and patronage of the Municipality of Salsomaggiore Terme, the Cariparma Foundation and the Emilia Romagna Region.
