On Sunday 7 September at 5.30 pm, organized by the Pro loco of Felino in collaboration with the consortium of the salame di Felino IGP and the local associations, with the patronage of the Municipality of Felino, “Salami & bubbles” returns, which will fill via Carducci and largo Villa Guidorossi in Felino with intoxicating scents on Sunday 7 September.
At 5.30 p.m. the Salami Museum will host (maximum 30 participants and by reservation at the 3515232473, cost of €45) the Masterclass “Salami and Champagne” with 5 labels selected thanks to the support of 3 AIS sommeliers from the Parma section.
At 6.30 pm, time for the classic aperitif, the Salame Felino IGP will meet the Champagne, and until 8.30 pm it will be possible to taste local bubbles by the Consorzio Vini Colli di Parma.
Dinner at the table (at a cost of €30 and always by reservation at the 3515232473) will range from the appetizer with Felino IGP salami and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP to the baked rice bowler with salami pasta sauce and roast pork with potato onion to finish, remaining on the theme, with chocolate salami.
The now traditional outdoor dinner will end with a “Journey into author music” thanks to the Narranti di Torrechiara, Gian Quinto Vicari and Daniele Mariotti.
