In addition to raising awareness, the marathon will raise funds to be donated to the project “La Rocca per l’Alzheimer”.
“Walk with us to beat time“, the title of the “Alzheimer’s Marathon“, now in its second edition, which will take place in Sala Baganza on the morning of Sunday 23 October, starting at 9 am from Piazza Gramsci. A marathon that, after crossing the center of the village, will enter the Carrega Woods, accompanying the participants in a historical-monumental and environmental route of 7 kilometers, lasting about two hours, which will end with refreshments offered by the sponsors at the Ponte Verde Refreshment.
Registration for the marathon costs 10 euros for adults, which drops to 5 for those aged between 14 and 18 and free for those up to 13 years. You can register even before the start starting at 8.00 am and the first 300 participants will be given a backpack with gadgets.
