Torrechiara and Langhirano open access to Val Parma. We will walk along the Art Path between vineyards and works of art, we will pedal through the gentle hills that herald the Apennines, our view will be immediately kidnapped by the extraordinary Castle of Torrechiara overlooking the Valley. A territory that offers historical, gastronomic and naturalistic attractions.

Degree of difficulty:Tourist (easy) – Total height differences: 100 m – Distance 10 Km – Travel time (excluding stops): 1.15 h – Excursion suitable for everyone, children from 8 years old can participate. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Equipment required: layered clothing, comfortable long (or short) trousers, closed shoes, windproof jacket, glasses, gloves, helmet mandatory, personal supply of water (at least 1 liter each). Bring a towel to sit on the ground. MTB type bicycle. For those who use their own bicycle it will be necessary to have a spare inner tube of the right size and be equipped with a padlock. The brakes, front and rear, must be functional and not worn; The knobby tires and in good condition, inflated at the right pressure. The chain must be oiled and not rusted. Equip yourself with working lights on the bike, mandatory by law.
