In Castell’Arquato on 29 and 30 April the tastings of excellent wines of the Piacenza area return.

In the last weekend of April the streets of the medieval village of Castell’Arquato will dress up for the party, leading visitors on a journey to discover Monterosso Val d’Arda wine and all the typical products of the area. The announcement was made by Franco Ticchi, the president of the La Gomcia association, which has been organizing the event since 2011.

The festival will take place, as always, in the streets of the medieval village of Castell’Arquato, where there will be the stands of the local wineries. By purchasing the glass at the entrance it will be possible to taste the wine.

Monterosso wine will be the protagonist of the two days but there will be corners dedicated to the many other typical products of Piacenza, an area with a very strong food and wine vocation.
