“December with taste”,
the appetizing calendar of events organized by the Tourist Service of the Pedemontana Parmense Union in collaboration with the Pro loco, which from 4 to 11 December will stop with four appointments in the municipalities of the “Valli di Parma” of Sala Baganza, Collecchio, Traversetolo and Felino.
The leitmotif of ”
December with taste”
will be good food, accompanied by gastronomic competitions, music, shows, markets and other entertainment events for all ages. A review of flavors, sounds and colors, officially presented on the morning of Friday 25 November at Villa Soragna, in the Snowfall Park of Collecchio, by administrators and representatives of the Pro loco and associations of the municipalities involved.

A weekend dedicated to quality food and wine and art.
In the tensile structure set up at the Corte Agresti, there will be an exhibition with sale and tasting of the products of the member companies.
Saturday, December 10
11.00 am – Inauguration of the temporary exhibition at the Brozzi Museum
2.30 pm in Corte Agresti- opening of the mosra market of local products
4.30 pm in the Tensostruttura – Show cooking with Mrs. Antonietta Accorsi, “rezdora” who will cook the “bishop’s cake” together with chef Mario Marini.
This will be followed by the tasting of the cake that will be offered to those present.
Sunday, December 11
10 am in Corte Agresti – opening of the exhibition of local products
at 5.30 pm, in the Sala Consiglio – aperitif with the “story” of the “artisans of taste”, with tasting coordinated by Matteo Pessina, professor of “Alma” – International School of Italian Cuisine.
The Pro loco will be present with a food stand and will cook with some products of the market exhibition

“Salami under the tree”

– The PICCOLA FATTORIA DI BARBIANO and the baptism of the saddle
– Charity Fishing in PARISH
– Santa Claus will be present all day to take pictures with everyone and receive children’s letters

HOW IS SALAMI BORN? To discover or rediscover our product more? representative, through the stories of master butchers and craftsmen, who will show live all the stages of processing up to the seasoned product. In collaboration with the CONSORZIO DEL SALAME FELINO IGP. This will be followed by the tasting of salami that will be offered to those present.
2.00 pm – 3.30 pm
ChristmASN concert under the tree
2.45 pm – Concert of the FELINO INSTRUMENTAL BAND GROUP through the streets of the town.
SANTA LUCIA and Santa Claus will walk through the streets of the village with the donkey, distributing many surprises to the children they will meet. In collaboration with the initiative “Let’s put a game”, promoted by the Merchants of our Municipality.
