On the occasion of the celebrations in memory of the black period of humanity, the Municipality of Carpaneto organizes several interesting moments of meeting and reflection.
From January 25 to February 17, at the Town Hall, will be held “Stars without a sky – Children in the Shoah”, exhibition of Yad Vashem in Jerusalem. Italian version of the National Museum of Italian Judaism and the Shoah in collaboration with the Legislative Assembly of Emilia Romagna and the Contemporary Jewish Documentation Center.
Wednesday, January 25, at 11 am will be held the inauguration of the exhibition.

Saturday 28 January – 9.30 am Town Hall and 10.30 am Moder – “You are memory” with Matteo Corradini and the students of the third classes of the Silvio Pellico secondary school. “The persecution of one people towards another people, of people towards other people is as hard and painful as it is incredible to conceive – comments the councilor for school policies Francesca Bertoli Merelli – yet this has happened. The memory of those events is the only way to heal divisions and lacerations in the minds of different generations”.
