A competition for the perfect anolino, moments of conviviality with show-cooking and narrations in Parmesan dialect, the traditional lighting of the Christmas tree in Piazza della Repubblica. Thursday, December 8 Collecchio offers an intense program of events included in “December with Taste” the exhibition promoted by the Pedemontana Union with the Pro Loco of the Municipalities.
At 12 noon the appointment will be for everyone at the tensile structure of Viale Saragat for ‘Anolén o caplètt? Professional and amateur chefs in the race’, the food and wine event promoted in collaboration with the Pro Loco: the proposal is that of a culinary competition dedicated to celebrating the anolini, a typical dish par excellence, open to two distinct groups of restaurateurs and citizens who work or live in the municipality of Collecchio.
Professionals and amateurs will compete in the realization of the ‘perfect dish’, strictly in broth: each group will be evaluated by a special jury, within which there will also be a place for the German friends of Butzbach present in Collecchio to renew the ten-year twinning between the two cities, which will decree the best for category based on a series of precise criteria related to flavor and aesthetics, awarding each winner a special recognition.
Not only race, but also a moment of conviviality and pleasure, with the food truck ‘Gusto Parma’ available to those who want to have lunch on site with local specialties.
Afterwards, from 3 pm the chef Mario Marini will tell stories, customs and recipes, while the cook Catia Caselli will propose a real show-cooking dedicated to pasta and the author and narrator Enrico Maletti will try his hand at reading several poems by Alfredo Zerbini in Parmesan dialect.
In closing, around 5.30 pm, there will be a collective walk towards Piazza della Repubblica for the lighting of the historic Christmas tree of the collecchiesi.
