Residence Luisa has been carefully renovated recently and has 4 modern apartments with kitchen with induction plate, spacious bathroom with shower, veranda, lift for disabled access, private parking below, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi access.
From the large shared terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the hills of Piacenza overlooking Rezzanello and Momelino.

Each apartment can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 2 people. However, there is the possibility, thanks to the ingenious exchange of entrances, to compose the premises also to allow to accommodate more people. In the apartment it is possible to add, upon reservation, an additional single bed (with supplement).

The Residence Luisa offers guests linen with weekly change, crockery for preparing meals and takes care of weekly cleaning.

Next to the accommodation is the Hotel Restaurant Il Cervo, run by the same family, where you can have lunch and dinner with typical Piacenza and Italian cuisine.

The premises are for minimum stays of one week (7 nights). Pets not allowed.
