Faithful to the sense of welcome and hospitality that has always characterized the peasant culture, we welcome you with courtesy and cordiality, offering you our genuine “zero km” specialties – capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates – and the excellent wines of our production.
All the dishes we serve belong to the gastronomic tradition of Piacenza, in particular to that of our family: we have recovered and revisited the recipes of my grandmother Cleonice, wife of grandfather Vittorio Bollati, to keep the memory of true flavors alive.
