The restaurant adheres to the Parma city of Gastronomy club

The Mill is set in the green, among the vineyards under the Castle, near the Rio and the Bosco delle Favole inhabited by roe deer and squirrels. It offers traditional dishes and more, in a marriage of ancient and modern emotions. With the two internal rooms, the Piazza della Fontana, the Parco della Vigna, it is a meeting place for MTB and bikers, business dinners, families with children and couples looking for a moment of peace. It offers live music all year round, and is home to the musical group Anime Salve, dedicated to Fabrizio De Andrè.
