The PIACENTINO restaurant, which for its long and renowned activity can well be defined as a “historical” place of the ancient Bobbiese gastronomy, has been able to maintain unchanged the tradition of sincere genuineness of its cuisine that already characterized the ancient and renowned trattoria.
Through a constant management of the same family, the restaurant has been modernized in the facilities and in the reception service, combining the peculiarities of the ancient cuisine with an additional choice of dishes, updated and diversified to satisfy the tastes of an increasingly demanding and varied clientele.
The owner of the restaurant has also been able to select and prepare an accurate wine list that, as part of the Piacenza and national wine tradition, is a harmonious completion to the refined gastronomy of Val Trebbia.
