Parte-1.2
On May 20, 2023 we celebrate World Bee Day indispensable for the ecosystem and fundamental for the production of food, bees are very precious for life and for the balance of the planet. Thanks to pollination, they guarantee that about 80 percent of what we eat reaches the table. But put to the test by climate change, monocultures, the use of pesticides in agriculture, these important insects are increasingly at risk. This day gives us the opportunity to reflect on how to protect bees and other pollinating insects and to get to know these champions of biodiversity, traveling from hive to hive to discover their extraordinary universe. And Emilia is the land of many beekeepers, who in addition to ensuring quality agricultural production, give rise to various types of honey traveling among the most fascinating Emilian beekeeping companies.
