New development opportunities are opening up for the rural areas of the provinces of Parma and Piacenza thanks to the publication of two new calls promoted by the GAL of the Duchy.
These are concrete tools that make important resources available to support public interventions and local projects, with the aim of improving the accessibility of territories and strengthening their attractiveness.
The first active call is dedicated to the promotion of agri-food fairs and food supply chains.
This intervention is aimed at public bodies and aims to support initiatives capable of enhancing the territory through events and promotional activities.
The eligible expenses include:
Services for the organization of trade fairs; stand set-up; assembly and disassembly of the exhibition area; rental of equipment for events; expenses for specialist consultations; advertising of the event; design, reproduction and purchase of gadgets and personalized promotional material; design, technical and graphic processing, creation of texts, commercials, photographic and video images, translation, printing, reproduction on paper and multimedia supports of information or promotional material; purchase of advertising and public editorial space on media-press-internet; Billboards and billboards.
The support is particularly significant: contribution of up to 100% of the expenses, with a maximum ceiling of 30,000 euros
The total resources available amount to approximately 179,120.91 euros, confirming the importance attributed to the enhancement of local productions and territorial initiatives.
The second call is dedicated to road networks serving rural areas, aiming at the arrangement of road networks and in particular local roads for public use.
This intervention is aimed at public beneficiaries and it will be possible to apply for support until 21 July 2026 at 17.00.
The eligible expenses include:
The restoration of walls downstream of the roads; the filming of previously built road pavements; patching and asphalting or roofing in concrete (cemented); laying plan of the embanked foundation layers; the restoration and execution of road ditches and locks; the arrangement of edges and escarpments,
the restoration and consolidation of road ballast; the reloading of gravel or stabilized material; the renovation of the wearing surface with innovative materials; expenses for the public lighting of the route subject to intervention are allowed; expenses for the renovation, safety of infrastructure suitable for overcoming a natural obstacle (e.g. bridge). They are restoration, renovation, consolidation, replacement or reconstruction of works related to the road body such as bridges, viaducts, retaining walls, walls that support an artifact (underscarp) or that support earth above the artifact (counterripa) etc.; general expenses relating to charges and costs relating to the design, construction management and testing phases only if linked to investment expenses within the maximum ceiling of 10% of the total cost of investments; Feasibility studies, technical documents and design services are included in the category “overheads”.
The support in this case is also significant: contribution up to 100% of the expenses, with a maximum ceiling of 50,000 euros and the total resources available amount to about 910,650.17 euros.
The opening of these calls represents a concrete opportunity for local authorities to activate projects capable of generating lasting impacts.
From infrastructure to promotion, the support of the LAG of the Duchy is confirmed as a strategic tool to accompany the territories on paths of sustainable growth, enhancing resources, identities and local communities.
