A team composed of nurses and physiotherapists, in conjunction with social workers and family doctors, who review the territory to intercept the social and health needs of the over 74s. It is the heart of the Solidarity Mountain project, carried out by the Local Health Authority of Piacenza with the municipalities of Morfasso and Vernasca, as part of the fund in favor of the “Internal Areas” that this morning resumed activities. The goal is to take care of the elderly who have chosen to live in the mountains and who are still self-sufficient and therefore not in charge of social or health services, especially in areas farthest from inhabited centers.
