A free cooking workshop for adults

Sunday 17 May 2026We walk on the paths, look at the fields, sit on the lawn… But we don’t know (or we don’t know well) how many wild herbs are edible and can be the protagonists of healthy dishes.

A workshop to rediscover the recipes of the past and learn how to quickly use what nature offers us.

Chef Fulvio, a great connoisseur of wild herbs and mushrooms, will teach us how to distinguish edible species from poisonous ones and when and how they should be harvested to make the most of their benefits and taste.

We will have several wild herbs that are easily found in our area to learn how to use them in everyday dishes. A small handout will also be given with information on the ingredients and recipes.

The activity is free and dedicated to adults, both enthusiasts and those who are inexperienced. It is recommended that you bring an apron.

The appointment is Sunday 17 May 2026 from 3 to 6 pm at Agrilab alla Corte di Giarola in Strada Giarola, 11 in Collecchio (PR) in the Taro Park.

Maximum 20 people.
