On 12 and 13 November 2022 the 31st Truffle Fair will be held in Viano, city of truffles.
The program includes the competition for truffle hunting dogs, sale and tasting of truffles, both within the event and in restaurants with dedicated menus as well as Taste Workshops, musical entertainment, games for all ages and a market of typical local products.
In addition to the King truffle, ample space is also dedicated to Parmigiano Reggiano with the cooking of the shape and split.
