Recognition hike and collection of tasty mountain herbs and flowers
With a pleasant excursion through woods and prairies we will reach the best growing areas to recognize and collect many tasty herbs, talking about their history, the countless beneficial properties, how to prepare and preserve them once we return home.

Meeting point: Sunday 19 April 2026 at 10.00 a.m. at the parking lot in Strada delle Piane, in Valditacca, in the municipality of Monchio delle Corti (PR). Expected deadline: 2.30 pm.
Required and compulsory equipment: layered clothing, socks and hiking boots, rain jacket, trekking poles, water bottle of at least 1 liter, canvas bag or basket and pocket knife for collection, packed lunch.
