Round trip in the Stirone and Piacenziano Park on a path admiring some fossiliferous sediments, an ancient mill and a wall where bee-eaters nest in summer; we will be surrounded by beautiful hilly landscapes, we will go in search of an ancient spring, we will visit the ancient parish church of San Nicomede and we will return to the parking lot.

Difference in altitude: 150 meters uphill/200 meters downhill. Hiking distance 5 km

Level of difficulty: Hiking

Meeting point: Sunday 08 March 2026 at 2.30 p.m. at the parking lot of the Cemetery in loc. San Nicomede, in Strada Provinciale 92, in the municipality of Salsomaggiore Terme (PR) . Expected end at 4.30 pm.

Equipment required: hiking shoes, rain cape, water, snacks, winter clothing
