“The Myth of Malvasia”, Masterclass, scheduled in two time options – 11:00 and 12:00 – Sunday, September 11 in the Council Chamber of the Municipality of Ziano Piacentino.

A journey to discover the history of Malvasia, which is part of a transnational cooperation project involving Gal Parnonas, Gal del Ducato and Gal from Central Istria for the promotion and enhancement of Malvasia and its production areas.

The protagonists of the Masterclass are the proposals of Malvasia dei Colli Piacentini, dei Colli di Parma and a selection of products from Greece and Croatia.
