Free cooking workshop for families

Sunday 18 October 2026 from 15:30 to 18:30 On the occasion of World Food Day, an afternoon dedicated to the food supply chain, from the importance of new technologies in agriculture to the consumption of products in our daily diet.

How can each consumer affect the food supply chain? What gestures can they make to safeguard the planet? How can we teach the new generations to take care of the environment?

So many questions and so many answers thanks to the collaboration with the chefs of Piacecibosano!

In this workshop, children with their parents will prepare tasty recipes with seasonal and local products following the philosophy of “Zero Waste”, thus also using what is normally discarded.

An immersive and sharing experience in which to learn how to take care of your diet through homemade, healthy and cheap dishes, and to make conscious choices to safeguard the planet.

To finish the workshop, we just have to taste everything we have prepared.

The activity is free and dedicated to children aged 6 to 11 accompanied by them. Maximum 25 people. It is recommended to bring an apron.

The appointment is Sunday 18 October 2026 from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm at Agrilab alla Corte di Giarola in Strada Giarola, 11 in Collecchio (PR) in the Taro Park.

Info and reservations required at 0521/802688 – Whatsapp 338/7918250 or by email by writing to info@parchiemiliaoccidentale.it (Monday to Friday)
