A slow and conscious walk, surrounded by nature, leads to the Great Beech, a centuries-old and majestic tree, a symbol of wisdom and creativity. Over the centuries, magical powers have been attributed to this tree, as if its roots sank not only into the earth, but also into the memory and soul of those who meet it.

From the Caprioli car park (1270 m), once you have left the car, the route begins along the CAI 732 path, and then deviates onto the CAI 730 path in the direction of the Grande Faggio (1310 m). The walk invites you to slow down, to listen to the rhythm of your breathing and your own steps, to let yourself be guided by the silence of the forest and the singing of birds.

Once at the Great Beech, the group gathers for conscious breathing practices and mantra chants inspired by Yoga. The regenerating moment culminates in a bath of sounds with Tibetan bells and other harmonic instruments, curated by Claudia Politi, who accompanies the participants in an experience of deep relaxation and inner connection.

With the mind lightened by the thoughts that often crowd everyday life, the return to the cars takes place by following the same path backwards as the outward journey. The walk ends as it began: in the sign of slowness, presence and listening, with a more open heart and a lighter spirit.

Required equipment: “layered” clothing, long trousers, shoes with non-slip soles, waterproof jacket and/or rain cape, comfortable backpack with insect repellent and personal supply of water of at least 1.5 litres, mat or towel, preferably head torch (as a precautionary measure)
