Afternoon excursion on the first Parma hill, along the watershed between Val Baganza and Val Parma.
Starting from the village of Vallerano, in the heart of the lands of the black truffle, we will climb towards the ridge crossed by the ancient Via Longobarda touching the tops of the Milan and Bosso mountains. These peaks are joined by a thin and panoramic ridge, from which the view sweeps between Val Parma and Val Baganza until you reach, on clear days, the Apennine ridge and the Alps in the distance.
The descent through the typical hilly oak groves will lead to the starting point in the evening. For those wishing to end with a flourish, possibility of dinner at the farm “La Macchia Tonda” of Vallerano, with return to the cars in the light of the headlamps accompanied by the Guide.
