Mount Prinzera, which is proudly displayed above Fornovo Taro, is an open-air museum: it tells us about ancient seas, magmatic rocks, floral species that have had to adapt to an often hostile environment, governed by water and the high temperatures of black rock, where learning to sip the absorption of water can make the difference between existing and leaving room for other species. We will find all this in our walk, while we will also learn about the more or less recent history of the people who lived and worked here.
Sunday 10 May 2026 at 8.45 a.m. at the parking lot of the Bar Trattoria Salita, along the S.S. 62 della Cisa in loc. Ascent (just outside the town of Fornovo Taro, in the direction of Monte Prinzera). Excursion start: at 9:00 am.
Participation fee
€18 for each adult and €10 for minors, who must be accompanied by a guarantor and responsible person.
