On 29, 30 and 31 July 2023 at the sports field of San Polo di Podenzano will be held the sixth edition of the Saviotto Festival.

Every evening food stands with typical traditional dishes, including Saviotto, variant of the ham flake (or shoulder), seasoned following the processing of raw ham, and to which the event is dedicated.

Food stands, dancing evenings and fireworks on Mondays.
