From 4 to 7 August Casina will host the Parmigiano Reggiano Fair, a consolidated event, at its 56th edition, which has always attracted visitors and enthusiasts to pay tribute to a true gastronomic excellence: Parmigiano Reggiano from the mountain area of Emilia.
Organized by the Municipality of Casina, the Fair promotes and enhances Parmigiano Reggiano produced with mountain milk, considered the King of the table.
