Sunday, October 8 on the occasion of the Day of Families at the Museum will be held, at the Neolithic Archaeological Park of Travo, “The ancient bread and the new wine”
An afternoon to discover the oldest production of bread that will end in the halls of the Anguissola Castle for a chat between taste and art, with a pleasant tasting of “new” wines, the so-called natural wines, which increasingly characterize the production of the Trebbia valley.
PROGRAM:
3.30 pm, Neolithic Village
Guided tour for adults and children of the Archaeological Park, with an in-depth study of ancient grains and the opportunity to experience in an educational workshop all the phases of baking, including cooking, as it had to take place in Neolithic times.
