Among oaks and chestnut trees: the path of San Silvestro
An excursion that crosses paths wrapped in centuries-old oaks, clearings in winter and ponds that reflect the soft colors of the season. An opportunity to slow down the pace, breathe deeply and say goodbye to the year that goes away between the scent of the forest and the discreet charm of nature that is preparing for rest.
Following the park’s trail network, we will enter the Capannella Forest and then pass by Lake Switzerland and Lake Shuttle. We will follow the path of the Via Francigena to the Levati Center where we will make a stop and then continue in the beech forest of Maria Amalia and return passing through Piana Marchesi.
