In the wild Val Chero there is the amateur non-competitive march that starts from the well-known archaeological site of Veleia:
March of the Veleiate
LandsSunday 21 June 2026, departure from 08.00 to 09.30 meeting at the archaeological site of Veleia Romana
The march includes three different routes in terms of elevation gain, complexity and distance: 6, 12 and 18 kilometers respectively.
Along the way, refreshments, water points and volunteer staff will be available to monitor the trails.
