This year 6 ^ edition for the now renowned Festival of fried dumplings & Emilian cuisine, on 9 and 10 September, two days dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Piacenza, which will expand to touch most of the typical Emilian dishes, in the village of Grazzano Visconti.
It will be possible to taste the Gnocco Fritto, the undisputed protagonist of the whole festival, accompanied by the inevitable DOP Piacentini cold cuts;
then there will be the Street Chefs who will also prepare Tortellini, Erbazzone, Tigelle and much more … as an excellent Italian craft beer, produced by the local brewery EX FABRICA
