On Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September the 8th edition of the Fried Dumpling & Emilian Cuisine Festival will be held in the village of Grazzano Visconti .

The Gnocco Fritto will be the protagonist of this event, accompanied by excellent cold cuts and cheeses, all strictly Emilian.

Alongside the gnocco fritto there are many other products of this region, such as erbazzone, tortellini, anolini, tigelle and much more!
