The traditional appointment with the Festival of Sant’Odilia in San Michele Tiorre is back, from Thursday 10 to Sunday 13 September. Four evenings of celebration, good local cuisine and music, organized by the Parish of San Michele Tiorre in collaboration with the “Maurizio Bertani” club and with the patronage of the Municipality of Felino.
Every evening there will be charity fishing and the specialties of the “Dolcezze di Sara”.
Here is the schedule:
Thursday 10 September
· 7 pm – Opening of kitchens for a menu based on tagliatelle and baked duck
· 9 pm – Ballroom dancing with the “Rosella and Marco” orchestra
Friday 11 September
· 7 pm – Opening of kitchens with a menu based on lasagna and grilled meat
· 10 pm – Musical evening with the DJ set “90 to Dance Generation” by Taro Taro Story
Saturday 12 September
· 4 pm – Entertainment for the little ones: wooden games, inflatables and children’s market
· 7 pm – Opening of kitchens for a menu based on mixed fried food and grilled meat
· 9 p.m. – Dancing evening with the “Loredana Ferrari” orchestra and, to follow, DJ set with “DJ Ale P.
Sunday 13 September
· 10.30 a.m. – Procession through the streets of the town and Patronal Holy Mass presided over by Bishop Enrico Solmi
· 4 pm – Another afternoon of fun with wooden games, inflatables and a children’s market
· 7 pm – Opening of the kitchens with a menu based on anolini in broth and baked duck
· 9 pm – Great musical closing with the “Boom Band”
