From 16 September at 10:00 am to 17 September at the Mushroom Museum of Borgotaro.
In the days of the Mushroom Fair the Mushroom Museum of Borgotaro celebrates ONE YEAR since its inauguration and for the occasion hosts events on every day of the Fair.
For this first weekend of 16 and 17 September guided tours will be held at 11 am and 5 pm, free only at the special entrance cost which will be 3 euros for everyone (excluding free tickets).
In addition, Saturday 16 at 10.30 am there will be the workshop “Discovering edible mushrooms” with the mycology Daniela Visentini: a sensory game for adults and children that will teach how to recognize mushrooms.
Sunday 16, then, at 11.30 am a showcooking with tasting by chef Giulia Delmaestro of “Estro & Gusto” who will prepare “Fregola in porcini mushroom broth and crispy sausage with truffles”.
All events are free, except for entrance tickets to the museum. The museum will be open all weekend from 10 am to 7 pm.
