During the last weekend of August in Pianello Val Tidone, on the hills of Piacenza, two festivals are held:

59^ Cotechino Festival

Event that celebrates the delicacies, pork products and PDO cured meats of Piacenza, which in Val Tidone are the masters with numerous quality artisan cured meats.

Food stands open Saturday for dinner, Sunday for lunch and dinner.

23 and 24 and 27 August the Amusement Park in Piazza Mercato in Pianello Val Tidone.
