On Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 10 a.m . at the former primary school of San Michele Tiorre di Felino , the commemorative ceremony of the death anniversary of Marco Pontirol Battisti, the seventeen-year-old partisan who fell in combat on June 24, 1944 in San Michele Tiorre and was awarded the silver medal for military valor, will be held.
The ceremony will be attended by the mayor of Felino, Filippo Casolari, and Paolo Giandebiaggi of the ANPI section committee of Parma
The musical accompaniment will be by Maestro Stefano Mora of the Felino Instrumental Band group.
At the end of the ceremony, refreshments will be held kindly offered by the Marco Pontirol Battisti Cultural Association.
