party. In Piazza Giovanni da Marola Market of Artistic Crafts and Typical Products of the Apennines, stand on the biodiversity of the chestnut by the Consortium of Chestnut Growers of the Reggio Apennines. Inflatables in Piazza Ariosto.
10:00 a.m. – Guided walk through chestnut groves and Metati. Info: Ideanatura 338 – 674.4818 – Departure from Piazza Giovanni da Marola.
10:15 a.m. – Traditional and one-time games at the metato of Caviolla, in collaboration with UISP.
10:30 am – Chestnut tour, easy orienteering to discover the territory, start of snack distribution to the participating children.
11:00 am – Cooking of the first ‘pan’ of roasted chestnuts and preparation of Vin-Brulè, in Piazza Giovanni da Marola.
12:00 pm – Opening of refreshment points with polenta, fried dumplings and typical greetings, pizza, operating all day.
2:30 p.m. – Opening of the Metato di Frazera.
2:45 p.m. – Pompieropoli, or child firefighters for a day, by the National Association of Firefighters of the National Corps, Reggio Emilia ODV section.
3:00 p.m. – Official inauguration of the 61^ Chestnut Festival in the presence of the Authorities.
5:45 pm – Chestnut Lottery Draw.
6:00 pm – Closing of the party

11:15 a.m. – Magic of the Chestnut with Agide Cervi at the metato of Caviolla
