The appointment with the typical flavors of autumn returns to Collecchio .
On Sunday 18 October, from 10.30 am and throughout the day, in front of the Arch of the Bargello, the chestnut festival is celebrated with many culinary delicacies.
Proposed by the ‘Il Colle’ Club together with the Municipality of Collecchio, the festival includes an always available menu of roasted chestnuts, pattona, skates, fried cake and polenta and sandwiches with local cured meats, grape sauce and sweet tortelli. And there will be no shortage of tortelli d’erbetta, ready at noon also for take-away.
