The appointment with the typical flavors of autumn returns to Collecchio.
On Sunday 19 October, from 10.30 a.m. and throughout the day, the Baita degli Alpini in Collecchio celebrates the chestnut festival with culinary delicacies and good music.
Promoted by the Alpine Group of Collecchio and Gaiano, the ‘La Treccia’ Association and the ‘Il Colle’ Club together with the Municipality of Collecchio, the festival includes an always available menu of roasted chestnuts, pattona, skates, fried cake and polenta and sandwiches with local cold cuts, grape sauce, donuts and sweet tortelli. And there will be no shortage of lasagna, ready at noon also for take-away.
In the afternoon, from 3.30 pm, the tastings will be accompanied by the piano bar of Cri and Lele.
Admission to the party, as usual, is by free donation.
