Trekking through history, nature, culture

We will walk along a stretch of the high Via Longobarda, in a suggestive naturalistic and landscape itinerary we will meet the culture and history of one of the most important peoples settled in Italy. We will walk along the ridge that divides the Val Parma and Val Baganza, we will meet fascinating medieval villages such as Roccaferrara and suggestive landscapes until we reach the Silara Pass.
Degree of difficulty: Medium – Total height difference: 550 m – Walking time: 5 hours and a half
Meeting point: Sunday 30 July at 10.00 am in Roccaferrara Inferiore (Municipality of Corniglio – PR)
End of excursion: 18:00
Mandatory equipment: Backpack with water bottle 1l, windproof, waterproof. Hiking shoes. Packed lunch. Recommended: long pants and trekking poles
