In the fourth edition of Una Boccata d’Arte, the project that brings contemporary art by Italian and international artists to 20 villages, one for each Italian region, the village of Travo (PC) hosts the project “The mountain is still moving” by Palestinian artist and architect Raghad Saqfalhait. The project, which is inspired by the stories of the inhabitants of Travo and the millennial geological history of the territory, gives life to Un Sentiero d’Artista unique in its kind, with sculptures ranging from clay to marl and a video that connects landscape and community, elements capable of influencing each other. The project is coordinated by Sofia Baldi Pighi and realized with the patronage of the Emilia-Romagna Region, the Municipality of Travo and the Province of Piacenza the project
Una Boccata d’Arte is produced by Fondazione Elpis in collaboration with Galleria Continua and Threes Productions.
Saturday, June 24 at 11:00 am the Teatro Organico Perduca will host the opening press conference and at 7 pm there will be the inauguration of the project at the Cantine del Castello Anguissola.
