Ziano will host the 70th edition of the Festa Granda degli alpini. From 15 to 17 September 2023 hundreds of black feathers will invade the village of Valtidone. The program of the three days is rich.
Friday, September 15 at the former cinema Smeraldo will perform three Alpine choirs from 20.30.
Saturday 16 September:
4 pm at the Cemetery of Vicomarino wreath deposition to F.Ili Daturi to follow: deposition to the monument or monuments to the fallen.
5 pm Courtyard of the Castle of Ziano inauguration of the photographic exhibition and book presentation on the history and activities of the group
6 pm Council Room: Reception of the authorities (refreshments will follow)
7.30 pm Piazza Alta: Opening of self-service food stands
9 pm Piazza Alta: Alpine Fanfare Concert “Mario Carnelli” – Tradate (VA)
Sunday 17 September:
9 am Crowding in the courtyard of elementary schools
9.30 am Flag-raising in the courtyard of elementary schools
9.45 am Start of the parade through the streets of the town accompanied by the “Fanfare A.N.A.” Section of Piacenza and the band “Carlo Vignola” of Agazzano.

• wreath laying and official orations
• delivery of the “Govoni Foundation” donation to the primary school of Ziano
11 am Parish Church: Holy Mass celebrated by the bishop emeritus of Piacenza-Bobbio Gianni Ambrosio.

12.30 pm Alpine rancio in the municipal gardens
3 pm Performance “Fanfare Ana” Section of Piacenza with majorettes.
